      Ordered and paid for service and router. Seller (*********************) told me that he would be delivered the next week (after July 16, 2023). After a period of time not hearing from him I called more times than needed to call will not answer or return the call. I left voicemail messages several times no response. I asked in my message for a refund no answer. As of today I have never received the service or router.He will not response to any messages that I left on his voicemail. His number that was given to me is **************.

      "Terrible Experience with S-********* LLC - ****************** and Nonexistent Customer Support"I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by S-********* LLC, particularly in their failure to deliver the routers my company paid for. We have been waiting for nearly two months, and despite numerous attempts to contact *********************, there has been no response either by phone or text.This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism on the part of S-********* LLC. It's inconceivable that a company would take payment for products and then fail to fulfill their end of the bargain. This not only wastes our valuable time but also puts our business operations at risk.************************* apparent disregard for customer concerns is beyond frustrating. It's astonishing that he has not found the time to address our inquiries or provide an explanation for the prolonged delay. This lack of communication is not only disrespectful but also raises serious doubts about the company's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.We had high expectations for S-********* LLC based on their initial promises, but our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is disheartening to see a company neglect its customers in such a blatant manner. We are now left with unresolved issues, a significant loss of time, and no sign of the routers we paid for.I strongly advise others to think twice before considering S-********* LLC for their business needs. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on commitments are red flags that should not be ignored. This has been a regrettable experience, and I hope others can learn from our unfortunate encounter with this company.

      Ordered and paid for product (GSM router) 12/14/2022, was told by seller via phone conversation it would be delivered within two weeks. After time period, I called seller several times, doesn't answer his phone and his voicemail is not set up to take messages. Sent text message 1/2/2022 asking when I would be receiving my paid for product (was read by seller 1/17/2023 but refused to answer). Called seller several more times, still won't answer and voicemail not set up. Finally, seller answered phone 2/1/2023, told me product would be delivered in three (3) days. Never received product, texted seller 2/21/2023 asking for a refund, of course no answer. I no longer want product or any services from this seller. He is a con and a thief and will be reported to all sites.
