            One of two of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Mechanics demonstrated incompetence in mechanical issues with the 2010 Ford Mustang that I bought. Could not even make sure the windshield washer fluid sprayed before selling the car. Multiple issues with the car that I must handle because after being lied to by the mechanic to my face I have never and will never take my car back to them for any issue. I had to pay to find out what the problem with the shaking was and when I paid to find out after they "fixed" it they wanted the car back to try again. I live 40 minutes or so from their dealership. I have to lose time at work to go there because they close shortly after I get done working myself. Management will tell you they will fix it but only with their incompetent mechanics.

            Thanks for the political response. Still doesn't fix my car like you assured me. There now have even more issues with the car arisen after only 3 months of me buying it. Thanks for the lemon and not be honorable enough to fix the numerous issues that were present when I bought the car. As I said I can not stress enough that I will never purchase anything else from your dealership.
