            Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm today. Before 2 o'clock today I received a call and the technician canceled saying he already came by and nobody was there as a justification as if that nullifies my appointment. Ultimately he told me my scheduled appointment was irrelevant when they're trying to hit as many people as possible. I told him thats not how appointments work and he said that I don't understand and hung up. I called the company back to file a complaint and she confirmed this happend before but deflected away from my complaint saying they'd have someone get to me. Ultimately I told her that wasn't what I was complaining for and she implied it was the best she could do despite saying she was who I should file with *** refusing me any other customer service contacts when I asked. She told reassured me someone would be there today to which I asked when and she said maybe around 5 basically letting me know she wasn't truly aware of if it was possible for someone to get to me today and just wanted off the phone. I asked was this the case, was she just giving me the runaround and she hung up.

            Owner ***** Campbell promised to email me the 2/10 warranty on the heating and cooling new unit 3 separate times. He did not. Then ***** Campbell told me he would personally send me the warranty by his employee Bradley *****l who serviced my unit because it wouldn't cool my house at all. ***** Campbell didn't once again. Businesses that sell a product to you should do what they say. This is no way to build trust. I want to be able to see the warranty and know that my rights are protected. Please help me BBB resolve this situation. Thanks

            Mr. T*******, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience of not having the warranty paperwork sent to you. I have emailed your manufacturers warranty paperwork to you. Also, the warranty is mentioned in the invoice. I'm also very sorry that the unit wasn't cooling. We did mention that the weather was too cold to test the AC upon installation and would return when it was warmer to adjust refrigerant pressures. Again I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience, and I hope we can build a better relationship moving forward.
