I had a pre-paid account of $531 for the 2022 Mosquito season with Superior Mosquito Defense located at *****, ******* ***** P.O. Box 38. I had prepaid $531 for Mosquito Services for 2022 of which $171 was expended for services , leaving a Balance of $359. I received an e-mail dated September 23,2022 (photo copy attached) stating Superior had suspended operations and would get back to me after 6 months for any pending invoices.I emailed Superior several times and never received a response. I even contacted Superior Mosquito in *******,******* who has ties to this Company and did not receive any help.I have called numerous times but no one answers their phone number.I am seeking a Refund of $359 for services not rendered from my 2022 prepaid account.Please advise if theres any additional information you may need to help resolve this issue.Sincerely,*************************** **************************************************************************
