I purchased a vehicle and in less than 3 months the transmission went out. I was told it would be repaired in 4 days initially. When I called the day it was supposed to be ready, they said that they had put a bad transmission in so I would have to wait an additional 2 days. I waited when that day came the car still wasnt ready. The owner became upset because I called to check the status and threatened to default my loan, auction the car, and *** me. He said that if I want him to fix the bad car he sold to me that I should be nicer. He referenced taking his time to complete the repairs because until I paid off the car technically it still belongs to him. He hung up on me and blocked my calls; preventing me from being able to check the status of the car. The sales representatives are amazing but the owner is rude and raciest! I lost my job because they kept lying about when the car would be ready, I informed the service manager and he replied, thats too bad. They only want money and could care less about their customers.

The customer is a liar! The repair was handled by AAMCO in **********. Its beyond our control if her repair took longer than anticipated. I request her libel and slanderous remark ( Calling me a racist to be removed ). Her calls were blocked from my cell phone! Our office number is always available to our costumers.Review from Sandra T

Patrick G***** Typed Up A Letter Of Demand of A Payment same day my car got repo the letter says they’ll give me up to the 14th to pay the balance in full ! They never reached out for me to get my car back ! Also they typed a letter up for me but didn’t send it off til the 29th of June These people are scam Artist I got all the proof from screen shots to messages DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYLR Auto Sales, Inc. *************** purchased a vehicle from LR Auto Sales in *****. The vehicle was repossessed legally due to the account being in default. Yes a Demand letters and auction notices are sent to the customer in a timely manner. When a contract is in default the lender has every right to demand payment in full within 14 days. If her contract had been honored she wouldnt have written this review. Also, writing that we are scam artist is libel and our attorney will contact this customer to have these lies removed. We also record all phones call and keep accurate written responses from every customer. ***************** says dont buy from ** and my response would be dont make a loan to her!Customer Response

The owner is awful ! The company was okay until it was time for my first oil change and got denied ! When you get a car here they tell you your first 3 oil changes are on them ! That was my second car with them so I know how they operate. I called like I normally do for my oil change and he denied me and was being very rude yes I did cuss him out and the owner called me and demanded a balance I have on my account he couldn’t even answer why they lied about the policy all he wanted was his $*** I also had a car note due today which I paid it was $*** bi weekly I paid $*** 3 hours after I paid my note my car was repoed ! This company **** *** the car was raggedy needed repairs the second day I had it I wanna get a lawyer and take them to court because the only reason they really came and got the car is because I cussed them out about a broken promise their company couldn’t keep !
