My name is ********, my apartment complex was taken over by Continental realty at the beginning of December of 2022.They had someone come out and inspect the apartment for mold, leaking shower, not draining tub or bathroom sink, broken dishwasher, and stove not working, *** grandfather fixed the stove but nothing was ever fixed in my apartment. Then ********************** took it back over. *** had them come and inspect my apartment once since they took it back over and it was inspected for 5 minutes, not long enough to look at everything that is broken. ms. ********* obviously these items needing repaired had been given to ***** realty before our company took over in december '2022 and we did allow your grandfather to handle the stove, however, the reason we no longer managed the property after march '2023 - 4 months after managing the property is because we could not come to agreements with the owner on handling repairs and spending any monies. we have been in business since '1984 and we have several tenants that have rented from ** for a number of years and at times when a tenant has moved in the past - they always come back to **. i don't like handling properties when a landlord is not willing to take care of a good paying tenant and at the time we passed on the rent roll to ***** realty you owed two months in rent. please understand that as long as you live in a unit even if repairs are not made, the rent needs to be paid or you need to move. thank you - continental realty
