      I have been receiving services from LA Bikini ********* pretty regularly, but was not very happy with the customer service or environment. I knew I would not be staying at their place for long as a new competitor near me was about to open. LA Bikini ********* is also aware of this, and was trying to convince me to get a membership with them in order to continue obtaining revenue. I was not aware of a 6 month membership agreement - as I was checking out from receiving services, ***************************, the front desk worker who will not refer me to any higher up supervisor, told me to sign up for a membership to make waxes cheaper. There was zero mention of a mandatory 6 month agreement in which I am now being told that I could not get out of unless they received medical information from a practitioner. I let ****************** know this was a HIPAA violation, to which she denied and then refused to admit to having me sign a membership agreement under false pretenses. I have asked for CCTV footage of the encounter where she had me sign the 6th month agreement, which she, under false pretenses, had me sign. My card is still being charged $75 monthly and I am not receiving any services. I have asked to speak with anyone else other than ******************, and I am being denied. ****************** will only offer a HIPAA violation as a solution to this. Please help!
