In May, 2023 Fuller technician came to my house (*****) and I told him that I needed Fuller to complete them to complete the electrical on our new in-ground fiberglass pool to be installed. We discussed that the pool would be a saltwater pool with a gas heater. Fuller came before the pool was installed, dug the trench and ran the conduit and wires from my electrical panel of my house. They ran the wiring to a metal box they installed that was by the pool, but with a door that was screwed shut. They told me to call back once the pool was installed and they would come out and connect everything. During the installation of the pool, the pool company dug into the conduit and broke the electrical wires. After the pool installation, I called Fuller back. When he saw that the lines were dug up, he told me it would cost an additional $4,000 to reinstall. Fuller (*****) has told me now that the original price I paid was only for the wire to be ran, not to connect everything. I have asked for a copy of the estimate, but Fuller will not send to me. I would like a detailed copy of the estimate and a refund of the portion not completed, that I asked for originally (electrical hookup of my pool equipment). I don't trust that Fuller will perform the work adequately now, so my preference would be to go with a different company to insure that my pool electrical is safe. Also, a different electrician has told me that for the price I paid Fuller, everything should have been included in the original $4,000 paid to them compared to his price of $3,500.

It is true that the pool company cut the wire, however this is not my complaint. Fuller installed the wire properly, however the job was not completed. I asked the electrician (*****) to quote hooking up the electrical on my pool. He told me that he would. He did not go into detail, but it was understood that ************ would be installed on each end, then the wiring would be connected to the pump, heater and lights after the pool was installed. He quoted $4,000 for this. Which I have checked with another electrical company that is experienced in wiring pools. The experienced pool company told me that he would have quoted $3,500 to connect everything, including the additional bonding around the pool (that the electrician normally does too). Fuller did come back and add ************, after my initial complaint, but then told my husband, when asked about connecting the equipment, "we thought the pool company would do that, we don't know how". I am now paying another company to come in and complete the job. So in total (not counting the wire that was cut), the wiring to my pool will cost me over $5,000. I feel that fuller should give me a refund of the cost that I had to pay the second electrician to finish their job. To be clear, I am not asking for a refund on the replacement of the cut wire.

I saw a TV commercial that I thought said they were running a $99 special to unclog a drain. So I called them to verify, which they did (or so I thought). An appointment was set up for 13 May. After the technician arrived, it became clear that the $99 special was for something else (but, not to unclog a kitchen drain). So, I called the Fuller office and explained the situation from my point of view. They agreed to send the technician on, but said I would be billed for a visit ($59, think). I believe this was a miscommunication on their part because I was very clear when setting up the appointment what my plumbing problem was and that I understood its fix to fall under the $99 special. They did not correct me. Since they were not clear about what the $99 special covered and what it did not cover, they should not charge me anything. That is what I am requesting.

Plumbers came to my house from Fuller heating and Air on 9-29-21. On the bill that I paid, the plumber states that he replaced the cast iron pipe and connected it to New PVC pipe out of the floor underneath my crawl space. It states on the bill that new PVC was installed. Also the kitchen sink was clogged and it states that the trap was loose any cable was ran 60 ft down the sink and put back together. My total bill was $1,042. Today is 5 days since they supposedly fixed all my plumbing. My kitchen sink will not drain today and it's gurgling. I don't understand why I still have plumbing issues and supposedly all of my pvc was replaced 5 days ago!!! I would like my plumbing fixed properly. I do not feel that I should have to pay for another service call since you were out 5 days ago for the same issue.
