EVERYTIME I try to see through these glasses that are too big and now badly scratched cause they fall off and hit floor ever time I bend over. , I have to RELIVE THE HORROR they put me through., Took 4 months, after they accused me as of stealing my glasses, they didnt set them, EVERYTIME I bend over they fall off my face and One of the lense keep popping out and now my warranty is pass so Im just stuck with them.I originally got my glasses in Florence, I will give credit where it is due. They were fantastic. Even with the no insurance discount and warrenty I paid over $400 I broke them , took to muscle shoals since closer. When I went to turn them in, they were nice and helpful. The girl even glues mine back for me and order me more. Told me 7 to 10 day. I called every week for 8 weeks. No one knew anything. They played the Covid card , Thanksgiving, Christmas , than finally 8 weeks later, ****** answered phone , ) she was a manager said she would check on them. Came back and told me that my lense was in but frames hadd been discontinued. So the next week I went to pick out another pair and ****** ( she was awesome) helped me.Really couldnt find any that I like so she went to back to look and came out with a pair, said they had just came in and I think she said only pair they had, but Im not sure about that. So she ordered them for me. She was hoping my lense would fit but when they came back ( 2 more weeks later) they didnt fit but would go in them. Said that she would order me some lense for me to go ahead and take them so I would have some glasses, I had been without and for over 2 month So a couple more weeks later the lense came in and I had to take the frames up there to put in. Took them in and was told they would be ready that day but I had to go to work so it was the following week before I could make it back. When I made it back they accused me of picking them up. Pulled up some one at least 20 years younger then me on camera
