Business Info:On January 13, 2022 I, ***************************** placed an online order threw Flatbranchoutdoors.com. I placed an order for one Flat Branch trucker hat camo ($20.00), and one The Solitude 2.0 saddle ($219.99). Shipping was $11.75. The total amount for the order was $****** with a $22 off coupon. I used my ************** card to pay for the items. The payment was taken from my account. The order confirmation email advised that an email would be sent when the items has been shipped. I have not received any emails regarding my order status. I have not received the items. On June 27, 2022 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received no response. On June 29, 2022 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received a generic email that did not obtain to the status of my order. On July 2, 2022 I sent an email requesting a refund. I received no response. On July 9, 2022 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received a generic email that did not obtain to the status of my order. On July 12, 2022 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received no response. Over the past several months I have also made several phone calls to the company and left several voice mails. No one has answered the phone nor returned a phone call. The number I contacted is *************. I have seen on ******** where everyone is having the same problem with the company. When attempting to go to the website, Flatbranchoutdoors.com, it no longer exist. Cost impact: ****** Date of Incident Transaction: January 13, 2022Initial Complaint

-ordered product from them on December 2, 2021. -still haven't received product. -multiple communications, no response since December 23, 2021: "Hi ****, Yes that order number is still in queue. Merry Christmas, ***** ***" -At this point, I just want my money back, but no one from the company will return my call or email. Thank you so much! -****Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company on October 11, 2021. I paid $****** for the product at the time of purchase. There website states that lead time on the product could take 30 days which I was fine with. After about a month after my purchase I contacted the company to just check in on my order. I was told they were busy and my product would be another month or so, which I was fine with once again. After another month and a half I reached out to the company to check in and that’s when I got another excuse as to why my product hadn’t shipped. This went on for the next six months untill they finally stopped replying to my emails entirely. I haven’t heard from the company for about 2 months now. It has been 10 months since I ordered. There are numerous people who have ordered and not received there product just like me.Initial Complaint

Flat Branch Outdoors offers for sale climbing harnesses for hunting. I placed an order 6 December 2021 for $****** which was billed to my credit card that same day. My order#: **********. I have not received either the product ordered, or a refund. I have called and e-mailed them daily for the last two months with no reply. Placed order in September 22, 2021 for a hunting saddle. Paid $******. Was told would take 4weeks to ship. Has now been 10months. Tried emailing at first would get a response after a.week. now no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. Been trying to cancel order and get refund.Initial Complaint

I paid them for a product (01/03/2022) that their website at the time said shipped in 14 to 21 business days. For 6 months they led me on that they would ship next month, then next week, then in a couple days. After failing to ship for the 5th time (06/12/2022) I requested a refund. At this point the stopped responding to emails altogether. Never once in 6 months and DOZENS of phone calls have they answered their custimer service number. I am out f261 dollars as are dozens if not hundreds of other folks that have since complained about the same thing in facebook groups and hunting forums.
