      The company began the installation of a gas line into my house and will not complete the project. I have paid them ***** dollars out of a ***** estimate for the installation of a gas line. I have had *************************** come behind them and they have told me they do not believe that they can finish the project without starting all over because of numerous problems with the current work done by ********.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have contacted the City of ********** ***************** to remove ******** Heating, Cooling & Gas from the permit to install the gas line into my house. The supervisor ******************************* informed me that ******** Heating and gas *** has an expired license and cannot perform the work legally.  ************************ went on to say *********************** wrote a bad check for his license back in January and dose not have the legal authority to operate in the City of ********** and furthermore, had no right to work to install a gas line into my house. With that known, I would like ******** to refund my ***** dollars for working on my property without a license to do the work.  I have attached the check I wrote for the contract.  If you would like to verify this with ************************, his number is ************.

      Sorry I did not respond sooner, Im on vacation right now and cant get the information for you until I return home next week. *********** has not been able to get an inspection due to Worleys having the permit. I have sent Worleys a certified letter to get them off of the permit and now I must take it to the city inspector to get them off of the contract. Worleys has repeatedly said they would come back but would never show up. Thats the problem.  They have said that they were coming but would not show. They knew that they could not get an inspection because of their license situation so they were lying about coming back. They did this at least a dozen times.  I have more documentation that I will send when I return if needed.

      I had every intention on finishing the work, but the trials and tribulations that Ive been going through my personal life, I allowed to affect my work life and my customers and thats nobodys fault on my own. And I have to deal with that. I have to sleep with that every night. So with that being said, I apologize for any inconveniences and Ill do whatever it takes to make it right.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is possible only if ******** will finish this job.  I have zero faith in them but you can tell them to contact me and arrange to come to my house and complete the work AND have it pass inspection ASAP.  Since this last correspondence, I have learned for the city of Huntsville license department said his application for a license to do the work never went through.  Also, they installed an electric outlet for the gas stove and a electrical permit has never been pulled.  Not sure how he plans to fix all of this.  It is a huge mess.  I would prefer that they refund my money so I can get someone else that will do it the right way.

      Worleys installed a new HVAC unit Oct 30, 2023, during the closing of our new home so that the warranty would be in my name.****** was selected and paid by the seller but the contract said the warranty would be in buyers name. The unit is broken/faulty and ****** will not show up to provide service and will not provide a copy of the warranty. Reached out for the first time March 14, 2024, Atleast 5 times he said he would either come by and has failed to show. It appears he has now blocked our calls and texts. We have called, texted, ******** messaged and have not received response. Also our realtor reached out on our behalf. He is ignoring all requests. Have even requested that he just provide the warranty so we can find an alternate service company. He ignores requests.

      I do apologize for any inconvenience I recently had some life changing events happen  and lost my office manager and assists. And alot of warranty papers got missed places I'll have them what they need In roughly 10 days

      I am rejecting this response because:
      after our initial complaint, we discovered the invoice we received for the unit was not the unit that was installed in our home. ****** did finally respond to a ******** message and told us he would get me the correct invoice and there still has been no action on his part to date. 

      in order to make our unit functional we had to pay $550 to a new company who had to put 2 pounds of freon in the unit which leads us to believe freon was not fully charged when the new unit was installed.
