Came out to repair refrigerant leak on mini split system in basement 6/23. Pulled vacuum and recharged with refrigerant. Claimed there was a warranty. Refrigerant was leaked back out in 2 weeks. Starting 7/18 he kept canceling appointments to come back but never showed up. Obviously leak was not repaired and he never came back. $800 later and still no AC. Claimed I was not a priority since it was in my basement and hoped I understood.Review from Elizabeth

I bought my house brand new in 2015 and have had numerous heating/cooling problems from the very beginning. I had gotten several estimates & recommendations on what it would take to correct the issues. Last year I hired a very reputable company in Huntsville to replace a good bit of my duct work due to the incorrect size being used. Due to covid, they had gotten behind so they subcontracted the work out to Worley's Mechanical Services, LLC. In January, Dylan & his crew came and replaced the necessary duct work. They did a fantastic job. For the first time since buying my home, I actually had air blowing out of 2 different bedroom vents. Dylan even came back and put a second vent in one of the bedrooms for me at no additional charge. This really did help but it didn't entirely take care of my problems. No fault on Dylan's part what so ever. When my home was originally built it really should have had 2 HVAC units installed. In November my unit just stopped working. I contacted Dylan and he had it up and running in no time. The Lord must have been watching over me because some of the wiring had caught on fire and it had even caught the 2x4 on fire, as well. I was very fortunate that the fire went out on its own. I ended up hiring Dylan to install a second unit. Now, I finally feel like the heat/air is working the way it is supposed to. I would highly recommend Worley's Mechanical Services to anyone. Dylan is top notch! He is very knowledgeable, dependable & reasonable. I will be using Worley's Mechanical for ALL of my HVAC needs.

Professional, courtesy...had many business related problems on Monday but still finished on time. It was cold so he had to get old system out and new system in and completed in one day.
He said 2 days with maybe a couple hours on 3rd day. He was true to his word.
