In December 2021 got tree removal and stump grinding work done. Mr. ****** assured me he would do good quality work. He did not. Instead, I have a huge sunken hole in my yard that I tried to fill with at least six/ 64 qt bags of soil but that was not enough. I used 11 total bags of that 64 qt soil, 5 bags of sand trying to repair the destruction they caused in my yard, but the damage is far greater than what I could repair. There are large gashes they made which I put sand in but ran out. When I told Mr. ****** I was going to have to buy soil to fill sunken hole,etc his reply was " I don't know when I will have any extra". My field lines are in the area also where the destructive damage is. There are sunken spots in my yard that was not there before they destroyed and changed the contour of my yard in spots. I have spoken to a lawn repair service person, and he said my yard need to be grade, more soil brought in. I yet have to get someone to check field lines for damage. It's very stressful that I have to go through all of this since I hired an incensed professional.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/02) */ Contact Name and Title: ****** Lawn and Ground Ma Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ************@gmail.com this job was explain very throughly and clear before signing the contract. i have proof on contract that heavy equipment was needed to perform this job. when the job was almost finished she said she wanted the chips up after the grinding of the stump and the few pieces of limbs that was left. we removed chips and spreaded the rest of chips out in yard,also removed the few limbs that where left. after all this was done none of these complaints where mention after even a small discounted of price she said your guys did a great job i appreciate u returning and fixing the small things for me.I made sure Ms ******* was very satisfied after the job was completed. even after this complaint i have reach out to her to either refund her some cost back or fix this problem. no answer. i have even had the contractor that gave me the lead to call her and still no answer. we are a proven company and this is not what we do. I have 4.77 rating in doing a good job, reasonable prices and good professionalism. The damage to my yard is much more than "a little aggressive". I have receipts from Lowe's on Dec.21,2021 for 6/64QT soil, a garden rake trying to repair damage myself since Mr. ****** turned a blind eye to the excessive damage to my yard. Dec.24,2021 I purchased 7 more 64QT soil, and 5 bags of sand but it does not fix the huge sunken hole, and other problem areas Mr. ****** chose not to see. I is futile to use his service again since he has shown me the quality of his work is not acceptable. My damaged yard speaks for itself. I don't want to talk, nor deal directly in any way ever again with Mr. ******.
