I thought I would give you some honest customer feedback from my ********************** experience in your ********* store. Last night, I ordered a simple pizza, which i do around 4x per month. There has been about a 70% accuracy rate in the preparation of my order untill, the last 4 or 5 week/pizzas. Every pizza comes out missing an ingredient. While certainly not the end of the world, however I am a believer in getting what you paid for. Preparing a pizza correctly (from a screen read out), especially on a non-busy night should be pretty simple. The weekend lady that works the front is very nice and accommodating. However, the young lady with the purple hair last night was a bit of a shocker to me. I had to ask her to hand me the pizza before she rang it up so I could check it, that seem to put her out. Once I checked looked at the pizza it was, as sadly expected, missing an ingredient. When I calmy and politely brought this to her attention she told me to not talk to her like that. I was a little speechless at that point so just said please prepared the pizza as ordered. When I finally got the corrected pizza, a young man rang it up. I told him I didn't mean to offend her by saying my pizza was incorrectly made and this had been a consistent pattern. He told me to take my business somewhere else. Which of course not only further shocked me by left me in full agreement. I will be taking my weekly business somewhere else, but I thought you should be aware of those in your employ and how they treat the customers.
