I took my truck to Opelika town automotive in may because my ac wasn’t working and I had a p0420 code .I told one of the technicians there that a few mechanics told me that I needed a new exhaust manifold since it was attached to the catalytic converter .I received a call call for opelika automative technician that he only seen one catalytic converter and that he removed the one on the bottom of the truck.When I picked up my truck I paid Opelika automotive $992.15 .I got in my truck and I left.I noticed I started feeling dizzy and sleepy so I pulled to the side of the road let my windows down and got out for a few minutes and then looked under my truck to make I didn’t see any visible exhaust leaks.I went to go fill up gas tank and that’s when my ac quit working efficiently cooling down the truck.I took my truck back to opelika and told a mechanic about the problem and he showed me where the weld came apart on the catalytic converter.I also noticed they replaced my catalytic converter and it’s a straight pipe.I told them we agreed on swapping out for another catalytic converter.They replaced my catalytic converter with the incorrect one now my truck is overheating and my truck keeps saying change oil even I did an oil change 2 months prior to going to their shop.The p0420 code is still there but they tempered with the check engine light to make it go off.The new Ac compressor is making a loud rattling noise and not cooling truck as it should.please help me get a refund so I can take my truck to a honest and reliable mechanic or please enforce that opelika town automotive fix my truck.I’ve paid their fee and they made faulty repairs to my truck causing damage.
