Contracted to move a bathroom vanity from my daughter's home in ******* she is listed as the customer) Her name is *** ******* To her new condo in *********** Estimate was $375 Date of move Sunday April ** Movers over 2 hours late. Charged next day to my ***** $517.65 Spoke to bookkeeper Jennifer. She agreed to cancel charge and did initiate anew invoice of $421.16. She agreed to cancel the **** charge, and told us to bank wire the new amount. Which we did. I have tried to call and left messages that we need the ***** Charge reversed. They are not responsive. Started a dispute with ***** I would appreciate very much any assistance you can offer. I am a cancer survivor, almost ** years old, and on a fixed income. I was trying to help my daughter out, but obviously picked the wrong company. Thank you
