I was offered a six month trial period for this business e-edition newspaper for $1. I tried to cancel two weeks before the deadline but when I tried online it said you must call a number which I did it goes straight to voicemail. I left my account number and phone number explaining I wish to terminate my account and no longer wished to recive there e-edition offer. No one ever returned my call and was still charged $14.99 to my credit card. They will not answer any calls or call you back.Initial Complaint

I have been trying for months to cancel my subscriptions. I have tried online, by phone and by email. They will not answer the phone. The online cancellation process does not work. And they continue to bill me despite multiple email cancellations.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to their online newspaper in 2022. I have emailed and called numerous times over the last month to cancel my subscription, but no one bothers to answer. The online portal does not allow you to unsubscribe. The site says you have to call them. But no one answers the phone when you call. This is a scam site that profits off of you subscribing and them delivering nothing. Buyer beware.Initial Complaint

We have subscribed to Opelika-Auburn news for years and in the past few years have had numerous issues with receiving our paper. As of today, ******* 2022, we have only had 2 newspapers delivered for the month of May. I have called so many times in the last 2 weeks that I have lost count. I even asked to speak to a manager about the issue and was told one would call me back. Never received the call!! My husband said he thinks he has finally had enough, and doesnt plan to renew this fall. Dont subscribe to this paper and expect to receive them, if you live out of city limits!! We just want to receive the papers that we have paid for!****************************
