Highly recommend Moe. He is fast, fair, and efficient. But more importantly, he is kind, caring, and understanding of life's problems. I was facing foreclosure on my dream home I custom built in 2004 due to issues of being separated from my husband. My house was set to be sold online at public auction due to foreclosure. I contacted Moe about a day or two before the "final hour" before it became too late for short sale to end this foreclosure. The house needed alot of work and I didn't have the time or energy needed to endure, so the house was a mess when he came to see it. He was not judgemental and told me everything would be OK. Well he was able to make it more than OK. He paid the past due payments immediately after giving me a very fair amount above and beyond what he paid to cure the default on my mortgage. Not only did Moe help me avoid foreclosure on my credit report, he helped me with advancing funds prior to closing to make it possible for me to set up a new household and pay for moving expenses. He also worked with me and was very patient with me during this difficult time of moving out of family home of over 18 years. Moe also paid closing costs to maximize my profit and allowed me not to have to clean house and brought in dumpsters to take away trash and furniture I no longer wanted. Moe is awesome and I promise you will not be disappointed with him!Moe Buys Homes LLC Response
