Beware! We hired Pools Plus to clean and maintain our pool every two weeks. Things went well the first year. However the second year was unacceptable. We noticed the guys werent emptying the baskets even though they were checking it off the list claiming to have done so. One of the baskets was completely clogged and they were there supposedly cleaning the pool the day prior. So we go to the store and talk to the owner who turned out to be a bigger child than the teenagers he hires. He said if the expectation is for us to clean out your baskets every two weeks then maybe we should cease business together. I was flabbergasted. It is my expectation for them to clean the baskets every two weeks, especially considering they are claiming to do so. He told us we need to be doing it everyday as homeowners. He was rude and arrogant and it seems he has plenty of money for him to be speaking to his paying customers this way. I will be having the pool closed and no longer giving any money to this ***** of a business owner. Id rather pay someone double than to be disrespected by someone I hired who isnt doing the job I paid him for. This place should be shut down as I can see now there is a list of complaints against them.
