Ordered a carpet in December and when it arrived it had crooked and poorly installed backing that overlapped the carpet as well as the carpet was fused together in spots causing creases, not wrinkles, creases. Stock interiors happily got me another. Second one had completely crooked backing and half of it was falling off. I was told by acc that i could just take it off and fix it myself. Seriously? I did not spend nearly 400 dollars to have to repair a brand new item. I do not have to skill or the supplies or tools to perform that. After a more serious conversation with stock interiors explaining i just wanted a refund on the price of the carpet to cover repair at an upholsterer, i didnt even want the shipping refunded, which i thought was fair. They exclaimed they would send me a third carpet and have management "inspect" it before shipping it. it showed up February 8 2022 and i had complete faith in a quality product, until i opened the box... apparently management likes to act like vindictive children and i can only assume management thought he would be a smart *** and send me a carpet with uninstalled backing with a little note that read "wrinkles will be trimmed off when carpet is installed". ACC had the opportunity to make things right and deliver a quality product made correctly as i believe 2 months is more than adequate time to wait. Two carpets sent out built by stevie wonder and the last sent out half built as a joke. It is clear ACC has zero quality control and produces a substandard product that is misrepresented in their advertising. You do not get a quality product or a ready to use product as advertised.Business response
