They made my vinyl floor for my ramcharger and the front mat was cut too short at the factory, they sell through offshore sales companies and make it impossible to get any support. they barely speak english and give you a endless loop of no help. I contacted auto custom carpets directly and they refused any support even with multiple photos. RIP OFF

Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. does not sell through outside companies; foreign nor domestic. We sell to thousands of companies who then resell our products. A customer agrees to abide by the secondary seller's policies at time of purchase. ACC has no control over secondary sellers' policies, ACC can only support claims made by the original purchaser.Review from David R

Carpet for 67 Dodge Charger. Kits are sold for front, rear and complete car. I purchased front and rear separately as I could afford. There are key pieces missing from these kits that come with the complete kit. I have tried to order these pieces from ACC and their dealers. I have been told that they can't sell them. To be clear, if I order a complete kit ( which I don't need) NO PROBLEM. Go figure.Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. Response

I am sorry that what was ordered does not include everything the customer feels it should. These are manufactured as complete sets on one piece of machinery. In order for us to sell only the pieces the customer has requested we would have to scrap the remainder of the product.
These orders were also placed with resellers and not directly from ACC. Companies that resell our products have their own policies which we have no control to dictate.Customer Response

You have just proved my point. If they are produced in complete it sets, why are some pieces not available from you or your resellers?

All pieces (front, rear, & other trim pieces) are produced at the same time for the sets. We manufacture them that way to insure consistency of color since dye lots may vary.
The front and rear sections, however, can be produced individually on separate tooling. The extra trim pieces are not produced if only a front or rear is made. Everything we make is made to order without creating stocking inventory.Customer Response

So, it is up to you what you produce and what you make available. I strongly disagree, you should be more flexible with customer requests.
I have reproduced the pieces that I need to the best of my abilities.
I will not bother any further.
