I had a new toilet put in by Mr. *** Plumbing . I did not know it had started leaking from bottom of tank s**** had not been tightened. It must have leaked around my toilet for a while i did not know i found leak when floor started to feel spongy. I called out Mr. ***** plumbing and the attendant asked me why i did not notice it was leaking. Well i am an older lady and do not get on my hands and knees and look around toilet.He told me that they would get back with me after it was repaired and i even used them several more times for another toilet and my water heater. but they still have not responded back to me about the damage to my floor . I can not even use the toilet in my bathroom because the floor is so bad. ***** brothers was going to repair but my insurance will not cover beacuse it was caused by negligence.Initial Complaint

While I appreciate the initial estimate for the work and the efforts made by your team, I have encountered an issue that I believe requires your attention.In the initial estimate, it was outlined that the scope of work would include removing all existing water lines under the home, removing shutoffs and supply lines inside the home, installing new PEX to all fixtures, and tying into the main line with a copper press by PEX adapter. Additionally, the agreement specified the installation of two new PEX hose bibs with black swan plates and the installation of access panels in the hall closet for the hall shower valve.However, upon commencement of the work, it became apparent that not all aspects of the outlined work could be completed. The invoice provided by your company acknowledged these limitations, explicitly noting the tasks that could not be fulfilled.Despite this acknowledgment, I was charged for the replacement of the shower riser on the additional shower, which was one of the tasks your team admitted could not be done. The contract clearly stated the scope of work, and I believe it is not equitable to be charged for services that were ultimately not performed.I understand that unexpected challenges may arise during such projects, but it is my sincere belief that I should be reimbursed for the work that was unable to be completed. I value the professionalism of Mr. *** Plumbing Company and hope we can resolve this matter amicably. invoice number is IN31355 total of $5438.00. job #J16700
