I want to start by saying my complaint is solely with the warranty side of ********* December of 2022 I called bar b to replace my roof, the estimator ***** came out and was a pleasure to deal with and the crew that came out was efficient and cleaned up well after themselves and everyone was super professional, I was super happy with everything up until March 2023 when I noticed some shingles loose on the ridge vent I called and was put on the schedule for someone to come out after two weeks nobody has came out I called back and someone came out the next week. All that was well and good and then in June 2023 I notice three places on the ridge vent where the plastic of the ridge vent is pulled up about three inches exposing the nails and shingles under the ridge vent and this can be seen from the ground. I called on june 22 to get someone back out, three weeks later on July 13 I called back again because no one has called or came out, on July 24th I called back again because still no one has called or came out, now sitting at week 7 since I originally called and no one has called or came out. I do completely understand that rain delays working on roofs and the company is behind but after 7 weeks its completely unacceptable that no one from Bar B has bothered to call or reach out to me. Im not trying to be a hard to please customer but after paying $12,000 on a roof you would expect that a company would at least communicate on warranty work. My desired resolution is to have someone come out in a timely manner while Im home and make the repairs that are needed. I think its unreasonable to have to wait an additional two or whatever months to get it repaired.Customer response

Good afternoon, I had filed a complaint on Bar B roofing and wanted to update and close the complaint, the business came out and correct the issue and I am happy with the resolution in the matter.
