    My bike broke down and I had harley pick it up. They immediately called me and told me that they had diagnosed the problem to be the stator. I later go in to retrieve my belongings from the bike, and had a 30 minute conversation with service about the repairs. They told me the parts would take awhile to come in but they would call me as soon as it was done. Weeks later I call to get an update about motorcycle and they told me they had no idea that I wanted them to fix the motorcycle but they would call me back after they got it all figured out. A week later I call back then they changed the diagnosis of the bike and said the battery, a completely different part was the problem. I then spoke with the GM WHO HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON. After he had his techs jump on the situation immediately he tells me that the actual problem is my starter. So after 5 weeks of not finding or fixing the problem we come to the agreement that if it is the starter he would bring the bike back to me to get it fixed by the technician up here who put the part in because it could be covered by warranty. I am a Virginia resident my address is on file with the service department. I told the GM that the starter was replaced in Virginia. So I called him today to get everything set up and make sure we are both on the same page and he tells me that he can't hold his end of the deal and bring the bike to me as we discussed and agreed upon.
