      Took our vehicle in for a second time for diagnosis scan on 5/9.Told my wife the same thing as before .she just need simple maintenance. Put the vehicle back up driving away the engine light comes on. She returns I'm back to the service Department they ran another scan and also tested drove it. The code we were talking about showed. Transmission failure. ****************** manager was misleading us the hold time hoping we would go over the warranty. All this could have been avoided if the service manager would have honored the warranty from the beginning. We dealt with this for going on 3 months back and forth. We were never informed of a rental car during this period. 2 days before the vehicle was complete a rental car was mentioned. We would have to pay out of pocket. What is the purpose of the warranty insurance. Service manager did state it was a dummy warranty. Well I think we should be reimbursed the warranty payments and the 2 months finance payments simply because the manager was giving us the run around about the transmission. Not discussing the rental car. Also a long scratch **** is the passenger side front fender.Shop *******, sales, shop employees We want to thank you guys for the support. I will never deal with this type of customer service again from this service Department head personnel

      This place is horrible. If you dont believe me then got ahead and come up here. There's only one good person and she's actually fantastic and thats *** in service. Everyone else is horrible. If i could give 0 stars i would. This place isn't even worth the time its taking me to type this so im done...

      We were first time car buyers so we were excited after being able to buy our 2014 ***** Accord. But not even a week of having the car we already started having problems with it and it has been downhill since. We were told when buying the car there were ABSOLUTELY no problems but we broke down a week after buying it. Now we are stuck paying for a car that doesn't run when we could have paid what we are paying now and gotten a brand new car elsewhere. We were also told we had a warranty but that was not true so we paid extra for a warranty that doesn't cover s*** I will NEVER come back to this place anymore.

      They charged me $5k over the sticker price of my car and I didnt know until I went to trade my car in at ******. Then come to find out they charged me $1,200 for free maintenance and wont cancel it because they claimed it expired at ****** miles when I know in fact it didnt. When I mentioned going to corporate about the maintenance they just started stuttering because they knew they got caught. I will never recommend

      Seemed like a good bunch of people. Took all day to buy a car (simple trade, no loan).Had to pay unpaid taxes from previous owner to register the car. ****** offered to pay but never followed through.Car had numerous issues. Dealer will not call me back to resolve. Local Kia ****** in ********** resolved one very quickly for me.Happy to revise the rating if the ****** will simply call me back and resolve the primary issue.

      Bought a new car back in July, get into finance and the guy said I had to get extended warranty and service contract for the loan rate but said I could get it taken off if I decided I didn't want it. I have contacted the dealership at least 7-8 times since and they refuse to do anything, the finance guy is always busy or unavailable and his voicemail is always full, they say they'll leave a message for a return call but haven't received one yet.

      One star is giving them entirety to much. The service department sux, they have had my 2020 ************* for 2 months and still no way of going !Have called many times and left messages with no return call even attempted worst customer service Ive ever seen. The device manager ******** is a complete jerk. Told him how we felt about the situation and instead of apologizing he make smart a** remarks. Told him we would never recommend Riverchase Kia to our worst enemy the only thing he said was ok.

      Please put a ZERO star option on here. One star is being way too generous for Riverchase Kia.Here's part of my experience in a nutshell: Take the car in, pay $199 "diagnostics fee" that becomes questionable when it's being "applied" to the service cost. They replaced a starter that I already had replaced a few months back. The problem was still there. I was told by ********* the starter was NOT the problem. Of course he later denied saying that and charged me for a starter I didn't need. I threw a fit and that's when the director of service got involved. they said they could get me a new engine under warranty, because all of a sudden, it was the engine. This was probably just deflection to appease me, but whatever. Long story short, I did not get a new engine. The whole 3 weeks my car was there, NOBODY would call back. I had to keep chasing them. Even the Director of Service wouldn't call back. The fish stinks at the head...

      I purchased a 2008 Lexus 460 *** lights was on the day I purchased the car they said they had to send it to service the next day they brought the car the next day to me the following day I took the car back to them the said they fixed the car ***** the owner wrote out a 16 day warranty and the lights came back on and he refusyto fix it and said the finance company couldnt make him fix it so within 30 day of purchase the *** lights are going crazy and had to pay for a oil change the worst car lot Ive every had
