I have been trying to update my contract for over 4+ months. I've emailed 8 times and have also called their customer service dept. I'd like to remove the voicemail portion from my contract and keep the remaining services. In addition, I'd like to be refunded for this voicemail service since March plus compensation for the hassle. Their representative (****** ******* *********@moodmedia.com) has been corresponding with me very sporadically such that the process has been drawn out for 4 months, 8 emails, and still no resolution. Here is my account info: Account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Each time I email, I get an Incident # ******-******. Unfortunately, Ida in customer service looked up that number but she stated she couldn't see much. She transferred me to *** who was also unable to contact ******. I do not want to continue communicating with ****** as he has shown he is unable to service my account in a timely and professional manner. I've requested that this problem be escalated to a manager. After doing 15 years of business with the company, I regret that I must involve a 3rd party to get a resolution. Please assist me in updating my services with Mood Media and also to provide a refund for the requested voicemail service cancellation since March plus an additional amount for the hassle and poor customer service.
