May 26, 2021 $1599. 53 Air conditioning repair They failed to reconnect the condensation drain. Car eventually filled with water and condensation. Interior mildewed. Carpet ruined. Called them to see if they knew what problem could be. They said no, they had no idea. Finally found a company named ******** to come out to house and determine the water source. They found the disconnected hose. This company only find leaks they do no do water clean up. The man was nice enough to get what water he could out of the car. We tried to air out using fans and a heater. Didn't help. Took to a detailer and had a disinfectant bomb discharged, carpets cleaned, disinfected and dried. I told Jacks garage (*****) what had happened. He said they would not pay for clean up, only for ********. I send several emails asking them to be fair with us and pay for the damages. Last one today. They refused. We are elderly and my husband had to take time off from work to follow me to the detailer. I am on Social Security. This is very upsetting. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/10) */ I Have already spoke to ***** **** she is suppose to come by and let me look at vehicle make sure that the hose was installed properly by either of the companies that cleaned it so we are not at this point again in 3 months I had already agreed to pay the first repair order then she calls 3 months later wanting more money so we need to get signed release and make sure it is done properly.
