  I highly recommend Southerndry Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Specialist to anyone in need of their services! The project planner, **** *****, went above and beyond with his recommendations and attentiveness to my concerns. He demonstrated expertise and professionalism throughout the process. The team, **** ****** and *******, completed the job in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. My experience was outstanding and couldnt be happier!

  We're new to the state and were unfamiliar with the water/humidity issues encountered under houses in the area. Southern Dry came out, looked at our situation, showed us pictures of the issues under the home and suggested several options to remedy them. They were open and honest about the best plan in our budget and didn't try to upsell us. I would definitely recommend them if you need work done on your home.

  I had a pump and waterproofing installed. Everyone I had contact with from the sales *** to the installers were friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. They were on time and finished the job quickly and correctly and did not leave a mess. Their pricing was reasonable and this project was truly one of the most seamless processes I've dealt with for home improvement. I hope to not ever have issues again, but if something happens I definitely know that my first call will be to Southerndry!

  ****** and the whole Southern Dry team have been great to work with. He did everything he could to help us avoid having to do the work, but when that became the only option, they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and the system works great! It is so nice having the peace of mind when it rains that we won't have water in our basement. Junior, the ******* for the install also went above and beyond when we ended up having to cut into our tile to try to save some of them and make clean cuts that allowed us to patch the floor more easily. We really appreciated that! It's not fun having water in your home, but if you have to mitigate it, we can't recommend Southern Dry enough.

  Southern Dry was a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is fair and honest. Their crews are highly qualified and do exceptional work. Their office and support staff are a quick phone call away to answer any questions you may have and provide you with any support you may need. Our crawlspace is nearly 3k sqft and they knocked everything out in a week in single digit temperatures just after a rainstorm, the whole time in good spirits! I cannot speak highly enough about the work they have done nor the piece of mind it has provided to our family.

  We used Southern Dry Foundation repair for our project after looking for the right company for months. From start to finish they were kind, respectful, helpful, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They have called and checked in our the final project multiple times since completing it early December. They were never pushy and respected our decisions on the options given. We didnt feel like they were just selling us something. They really cared, asked questions, and listened to our concerns. I highly recommend Southern Dry for your foundation needs!

  I spoke with *** about my project and he was very friendly. He inspected the area, gave me a price which was lower than my previous estimates. However, I had a setback and was unable to get the work done at that time due to having to pay some other unforeseen expenses. When I called him back a few months later to get the project started the original quote he gave me was still the same. He gave me a project start date and time and his guys were there that day and time to get started, no cancelations or rescheduling. They did great job with installation and the plumbing work was excellent. I would highly recommend *** and his team at Southern Dry for any crawlspace issues you may have.
