Southern Dry came out twice for a quote because the ignorant homeowner, that's me, changed the scope of the basement project. They quoted me the best price, they did exactly the work they said they would do, and they cleaned up afterward. My basement is forever dry now. An excellent company to work with. I highly recommend them. Don't be alarmed that they are 30% less than the guys who do TV commercials.

Wow! This company provided me with great service! From the first meeting for an estimate, through the contracting process, through installation, and through completion, every one of the Southern Dry employees were helpful, informative, caring, patient, and professional. Every single encounter in person or by phone made me feel I was in good hands.We had some complications just as the project was finishinga new plumbing leak was found (not Southern Drys problem, but they worked with me to talk with the plumbers). That problem took a few weeks to resolve, but they maintained communication and waited for the problem to be resolved. Then they came back, weeks later to make sure the crawlspace was sealed and perfect. And it is!Every plumber or electrician or contractor who looked at my crawl space in the meantime expressed how impressed they were by the amazing job Southern Dry did to encapsulate my crawl space. They all said they had never seen a better one. And several said you really hired the right people to do that job.I cant express enough how impressed I have been with this company. I look forward to a continuing relationship with them through the years.

In fall of 2020, we had multiple companies provide us with a quote for encapsulating our crawl space and providing supports for an uneven floor. Southern Dry was by far the most professional and knowledgable company. For four years, they have been responsive to any need we had. Just recently, we needed on of the drains in our yard moved. My husband is hard to please when it comes to his yard, but he raved about how he couldn't even tell where the old drain was. I highly recommend this company.
