            Don't waste your time with this company, if you want a reliable contractor then look elsewhere. Don't be fooled by any conversations as that all goes out the window with this guy when its time to start the project. Spent lots of time discussing a project, agreed on price and timeframe to start the project. Started with doing some small work for me, I paid upon completion of that work (sub-par for the amount paid). When it came time to start decks/roof etc. (which we both agreed we would wait a month or two for lumber prices to come down) I got nothing but excuses (when I could get a response as he stopped answer the phone and would only respond via text) and then was told quote was only good for 30 days after we had been discussing the project for 2 months waiting for lumber prices to come down etc. and had agreed that materials would be paid at market value +expenses. That's why I say be careful, Matt comes off as a nice guy and smooth talker and took advantage of me trying to work with him and his schedule. I was looking forward to working/supporting a small business owner but think this company needs to reevaluate how to to business and treat customers.

            Sorry things didn't work out. Labor shortages and prices of lumber are still nowhere close to pre covid. But I never stopped answering your calls. I just told you the truth and didn't have to accept the job sir. We have that option too fortunately. Things happen for a reason and upon this review I think I made the best decision for my company. Good luck with your un-permitted project.
