I closed on my home on *******, 2022. I was promised that my home would be cleaned and that my home would be pressure washed, none of those things occurred. I have reached out to his listing agent, his superintendent and have been told for almost a month that my home would be pressure washed, no reply about the cleaning of my home though. I know that's too late and settled on my own cleaners. Along with my house not being pressure washed, I have a lot of dead grass in my yard, a contractor told me twice while I was outside that my home was next to be treated but I never seen him again after those two times except to go to the other homes beside me. My home has red mud all around it and cement chunks all over the home. I'm so disheartened, I have tried to get this resolved but I have come to a dead end. My next complaint is that I informed the superintendent that my roof shingles are drooping because they are missing a support strip that was never placed and I was told it was ordered but never heard back. I really would appreciate some help because I have done all I know to do other than pay to get it done myself but why should I, this is expected of a newly built home. This home has so many knicks, cuts and damages throughout (chipped granite, splits inside the cabinets and damaged wood) that if I asked for just the pressure wash and my shingles fixed that it wouldn't be a problem.
