Today, I was physically assaulted by the owner of Faulks Auto Parts and Towing. I paid $250 to pick up my vehicle after it had been towed, and upon inspection, I noticed that it had damages and warning lights on the dash. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to being towed. When I asked about the damages, the owner used vulgar language and told me to leave. The situation escalated, and the owner pushed me to the floor. I have taken the necessary steps to file a police report and am deeply concerned about the damages to my vehicle. I have every right to be upset about the situation. I demand a full refund, and repair of my vehicle. I would request his shop will cease operations. He has no right to put his hands on an upset customer. His building is zoned for residential, but he’s tuning a business there. It is time for redevelopment on his property! Times have changed.
