Hi I live at ************** for over 2 years with my 4 children section 8 paid for the rent when I first move in I explain to the landlord there there was roaches in the house the refrigerator leaks water they charge me a monthly fee for the refrigerator because they say it doesn't come with the property I beg them to fix it no one never answer my phone call or showed up until I decided to buy my own refrigerator the tub was stop up the came out said they fix it but they didn't whenever we shower the tub water would fill all the way up and it take a hour for the water to go down we deal with that for a while I try calling over a 100 time no one would answer and when they did answer a text message they will say I will send some one but no one ever showed up the one time the came out and fix something the charge me a $151 And I didn't understand why they say if I didn't pay they will call section 8 on me and I was confused this my first time being on section 8 and I am new to the state so I just paid them I didn't understand how to go about certain thing's so I end up throwing out all my furniture in my living room because it was starting to get infested I paid for exterminator but it was nothing they can do in June of 22 I took my kids to ******* while I was out there was a storm that broke a window I call the double r realty for days no answered instead they block me and I send them a text from a different number explain what happen they said send pictures never showed up my door also didn't closed so anyone can walk in on me and my kids while we sleep up until someone advised me to complain to section 8 when I did they came out and gave them 10 days to fix the unit during that time my daughter grandpa came and fix the tub a week later double r realty send someone to fix the unit and also claiming they fix my tub but they did not the tub was already fix and they also send me a bill of $285.31 for labor please helpBusiness response

We are following the guidelines as per our lease agreement with **************. We have made all necessary repairs in a timely manner.
The house was inspected and passed PRIOR to ************** moving in, and the house is inspected yearly, and any repairs needed are made.
Any damage caused by misuse are billed to the tenant as the lease agreement states.

******* *****Double reality lies about what they repair on the property there was an inspection done on the property and they failed and section 8 gave them 10 day to fix the issue they also claiming to fix things on the property that was already fix my me only because the want to charge me

On X-X-XXXX the manager for ***** *****- owner of Double R Realty name **** came to my condo as I had called and left voicemail that water was seeping under floor board in hallway, kitchen and living room and hole outside back door wood rotted and was rotting room inside wall and it look like mold. **** came with someone she said was maintenance and he suctioned up water changed 2 air filters and left. about 30 minutes after they left the temperature in the condo was 90 degrees. I have Never had an issue with the air and did not have a issue on 9-1-2021. while **** was in condo I informed her I had been in serious accident and had just went to the Neurology and Headache Center X-XX-XXXX for a nerve block shot in my head and that my blood pressure was 170/130. I called and after no return call. Hvac came and told me someone took switch box out and I paid $553 to get new one. I will be 60 16Nov and I have an 18 and 21 year old here...***** ***** nor **** have returned my calls.
