Have filed complaints with them online, by phone and in person 10 times in the last 2 months and have had no response. They quoted me prices for my monthly fees that were small so I allowed autopay to be set up. Was charged **% more than they quoted! Called for an explanation, was told it was because I hadn’t satisfied my deductible. But they did not bother to contact me to explain this before charging me over $*** when I expected it to be $**. They were not even able to tell me how much my next charges would be or when they would end. Told them this was unacceptable, that I needed to know how much they would charge me monthly and when it would end and that I wanted out of the autopay because I did not trust them, and so they would have to invoice me so I’d know what the charges would be and I would pay them from the invoice. Was told I couldn’t change autopay while I ‘had an outstanding balance’ despite the fact they couldn’t tell me what that outstanding balance was! I only set up autopay based on the incorrect charges I was quoted. Was put on hold while they went to get a supervisor, followed by a loud, unending screech and then disconnected. Over the next week I called a further 8 times each time I was put on hold (despite asking not to be since each time I experienced the loud screech and disconnection) and was disconnected. Made a complaint online on their website describing the above, and heard from no one. Spoke with their rep at my dr office a month later, was told they could see my complaint online and that I would be contacted by a supervisor the following Monday. It’s now 2 weeks later and have heard from no one. I want out of this autopay that was based on them providing me incorrect information on what I would be charged. I also want to know when my financial commitment will end so I can be rid of this incompetent, unethical and poorly run company forever. I am considering reporting my card stolen to prevent them from accessing my bank account.
