I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. I am usually not the type to complain but when you are having car trouble and spend all day trying to get answers and end up with nothing it is very frustrating. While working out of town I get a call from my fianc who just had double jaw surgery that her brand new 2023 Kia ******* with ****** miles on its check engine light came on and it was missing terribly. I thought Id be able to call the dealership where this was purchased and could get this taken care of and was sure they could help me. Unfortunately what I got was totally different. While having to work all day and still try to call and get this straightened out and figure out what warranty we had and get answers instead I got drug around on the phone all day. My calls that I was told would be returned were not. I had to call multiple times and talked to numerous people / departments and still at the end of the day I didnt have any answers and my calls were never returned. Mind is blown and I have never had such a bad experience with a dealership. I dont usually bad mouth a business but with everything out family has going on and right here before Christmas it would of been nice to have been able to call and been guided in the right direction and had some stress reliever instead of it being made even worse.
