March 5 Gass Excavation started a project to clear two piles of dirt and trees, clean up a ditch for better drainage and level off yard area so that I could plant grass. *********************** originally came over at 12:41 PM to do 9 hours of work on the project. He was able to work off the two piles of dirt and trees and left me a burn pile(of which I was able to burn). He worked on the ditch and cleared it to the point water flowed better but he dug the ditch crocked and would have to come back to fix. He also didn't get to work on the rock pile to clean it up.. He ran out of daylight. We also agreed that the soil was too wet for him to work on it and level it out and spread the dirt without ruts. So when he ran out of daylight he said he would be back to finish up but the soil had to be drier. I said I would monitor it and give him a call when the soil was dry enough for him to work on it.. I called him two and three times for him to come back. He always had an excuse that he couldn't make it. I had already paid him for the complete job. Now his voice mail is always full and won't answer phone call. The last we talked he said he would come back and work on the project on an hourly basis although he has four hours that he owes me from the original quote. I would like a credit of $600.00 for the time he has not worked or finished the project
