      Jun 17th I was charged **** for blower motor replacement (parts and labor). This was NEVER PERFORMED on my unit, I did not receive a new blower motor. Receipt attached. The tech was out several more times afterwards since they did not fix the problem with my unit. AC did not work properly for well over a month in hot, humid July heat of the south. Not happy. The last time they came out, around the end of July, the tech they sent said the real problem all along was the drain plugging, which he finally fixed. They then subsequently sent me a bill of an additional ******* for cleaning the drain plugged. Would like a refund of the **** "blower motor" install/replacement that they never did replace or even do any maintenance on whatsoever. Dishonest.

We have reviewed your account and found where the tech came to the home and found a defective blower motor. The tech replaced the module which is apart of the blower motor. After replacing the module he found that the board was exposed to water which at that point the board was relocated so it wouldn't be affected by water again. The date that the tech first appeared at the home is June 7, 2021 which was dispatched from Choice Home Warranty. With home warranty companies we have to first get approvals to make any repairs so the days that you had to wait could've been due to the approval process through the home warranty company or delay in parts. The **** which was invoiced was in fact correct. The invoice stated blower motor instead of module which we will send you a correct invoice. Pictures and documentation of the repairs are in our data base which we would be emailing you as well. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we're not a dishonest company and stand behind our name. Thank you for the response, but the cost difference between having a blower motor replaced and a module is quite different. I was billed for the price of a blower motor I did not receive. Not the price of a module which I did receive. Will I be refunded the difference between the two items? And why after the module was replaced did I continue to have the same problem (AC not working) and then was charged for an additional service of having the plugged drain line cleared- likely the only real problem all along? Just frustrating.
