My complaint. My car got repossessed .went down to empire auto sales and talked to ***** ( owner). My sister said somethings and His feelings was hurt . Before all this happened he and I came into and agreement of the total payoff for the car $3,550.00. At this time I only had ********. He then tells me he would give me 10 days to come up with all the money. 7 days in I tried to contact him, he didnt respond. This was a Friday 10-07-2022. So Monday as I was heading to work, I told my son to go take him the money so I can get the car . About 30 minutes later he calls me and He tried to give him ******** for the vehicle. ************* reply I dont care if he bring me ******** for the car hes not going to give it to me . The total amount of the vehicle was ********. I put ******** down on the vehicle ( 2009 ***** Accord). I got the vehicle on March 31, 2022. He reposed the car September 30, 2022. I work to hard for my money just to give it away because a grown man got his feelings hurt . Please help me resolve this situation. Thanks you can call me at ************ anytimeBusiness response

Good afternoon *************** to the complain filled by *********************** which was filled be his sister.*************** paid a down payment on a vehicle with a payment of ******* down and a payment of 200 a month.He made one payment of 500 the first month which put him ahead 2 and a half months.On the 3rd month his 500 had expired and there was a payment of 100 due and he didnt make that payment on month 3.I called him the following month when the other payment of 200 was due which in which that would put his total at 300.He said he was coming to pay but never did.I always work with my customers so i decided to give him more time.The next payment was due the following month again which put his total at 500.Each letter mailed monthly states that 2 months past due is automatically repossession along with the fact that he had no insurance..I notified him of his total and he said he was coming to pay but never did.I contacted a repossession and had the vehicle repossessed.My policy is once a car is repossessed the full balance must be paid out along with the repossession fee of 500.He would also have 10 days to pay the full amount.*************** has a drinking problem and came to my business intoxicated and disruputive after his car was repossessed.I explained my policy and he made calls to obtain the money and sat a drank a beer waiting for his sister to bring him a remaining 1000,which he made calls and got to an amount of **** earlier.She received a lawsuit of 1 million dollars a few years back so she is considered rich by him and others.She chose to show up with no money and being disrespectful so i just asked her to leave.I was advised by a customer that witnessed the altercation that she is no longer financially stable and was tricked out of her fortune by several male individuals in our area.I have a relative that also work with ****** and he brings home ruffly around **** a month.There is no reason for an adult working to not be able to pay such a small amount.By being the nice guy I have customers that see that and tend to take advantage of it.After all the uncivalized issues with him and his sister I advised him that I would prefer that they not come back to my business.Have several customers that witnessed the entire incidendt and applauded me for not resulting to violence after such disrespect.I explained Im a business man and have to conduct myself a certain way no matter the situation.He never spoke with me in the 10 day period.His daughter which is a previous customer and nice person explained that they were wrong because Im a nice guy.She asked to let her purchase the car for her daughter and I expained that balance is only for the owner and also the car had mechanical issues in which I had to pay ****** to have repaired.The vehicle needed a timimg chain tentioner replaced.the mechanic advised that I replace the belt and water pump while inside the engine.He along with his sister have bad reputations in our area.I have witnesses and paperwork for this incident.I've been in business 11 years with few customers like ****** and his sister.People with bad reputations can never affect a person that has made a good reputation for his business by always helping his customers,Feel free to contact me reguarding this matter anytime.
