            BEWARE!! DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE!!They bought my car and will not give me the check that they owe me from buying it!! It has been over 3 weeks and still no check in my hand and they have my car and will not give it back!! I have been told check will be in tomorrow for 3 weeks while my car sits in parking lot for sale and still NO CHECK!!They hang up on me when I call half the time and will not call me back!!! Absolutely worst customer service and rudest people ever.Based on people I have talked to, this is something they do regularly.

            I was the only person there for an oil change. I was there for an hour and 40 minutes. 9 days later I checked my oil and it's low and dark. They didn't even top of the oil. Total deception. On that day I dealt with the manager Keith, it's safe to say everyone under him is just as dishonest as he is.

            Thank you for contacting us again. In hopes that we can investigate into the matter we spoke with Mrs ******* and asked to inspect the vehicle to be able to advise further. She had told us at that time that we are to not touch the vehicle, will never touch the vehicle, and take it with her. Please allow for us to inspect it and advise further. We take our customers and concerns very seriously and we just need an opportunity to do so
