BEWARE!! DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE!!They bought my car and will not give me the check that they owe me from buying it!! It has been over 3 weeks and still no check in my hand and they have my car and will not give it back!! I have been told check will be in tomorrow for 3 weeks while my car sits in parking lot for sale and still NO CHECK!!They hang up on me when I call half the time and will not call me back!!! Absolutely worst customer service and rudest people ever.Based on people I have talked to, this is something they do regularly.Business response

Good afternoon
I am so sorry she is this upset with us. It is our policy that until the title for the vehicle is in house there are not equity checks issued. We have only had the car since 07-30-22 and we paid it off immediately. We are hoping that the title comes in any day and we have her check ready for her. I thought her calls were being handled every single time she called no one was aware she had ever been hung up on. We are tracking this daily to make sure we get her the check for her equity.
