This place is run incredibly poorly. Stay away. This is not a A+ business. The director lacks professionalism, lacks flexibility, has no motivation to help applying students, and gives off the air that she is definitely only in this for the money. There is a reason why you can't find theor website associated with Google reviews. Again, BBB please lower your rating.

IUD publishes incorrect information so you are unable to keep up and then you fail and pay them more money to retake classes. There is some glitch where the canvas app posts test dates other than what is intended, and when I took Medical Terminology, every test was on a Saturday but the final was suddenly on a Friday. And since I followed what the canvas app put on my calendar instead of what was on the printout, I missed the final and was told I had to pay to retake the whole class. I found out later about this glitch and that they are aware of it. I had to retake 4th quarter abdomen because I was supposed to know the opposite - we don't follow what's on the printed out instructions, we should follow the due dates on canvas, so I didn't submit a homework in on time which left me less than a point away from passing and I had to repay to take that class. When I tried to protest I received a rude email calling me names and making fun of my grades. If you peruse all their materials, it's riddled with conflicting instructions and they don't always respond or give you straight answers, then they use it as an excuse to fail you and charge you more money. They also fail to do what they advertise - they don't teach you to scan, they don't prepare you for clinicals, they don't seem to know anything about what goes on at clinicals and just argue with you - they couldn't be any less disconnected or any more difficult when you need help.
