Fencing Unlimited indicates they gives a Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship which was a problem from the very beginning. When installing fence post they put dry concrete in the post holes and doesnt use water to set. They indicates the concrete sets over time from the grounds moisture. The immediately start installing horizontals and fence pickets which altered the integrity of the post, therefore I have post that are out of level and/ or loose. Also some gates are not aligned properly. The owner of the company is the master of excuses and does not respond in a timely manner. When he does respond it is by text messaging. My last communication was via text on Monday, March 25, 2024 which he informed me he was out of town until the next Monday. He indicated he would call back on Monday, April 1, 2024. I am send in this complaint in on 4-12-24.The reason I am asking for 50% refund is this fence will not survive due to unstable condition of the fence. If they would have wet the concrete and leveled up the post the situation would have been different. I questioned this with them from the very beginning and they insisted this is the way they always do their post and one of their employees actually acted out unprofessionally .
