Tru_cut Lawn took my check out of my door on May2,2023, and didn't do my lawn. I have spoken to **************************** numerous times and he has told numerous lies, first lie was he would send someone the next day, never came, he told me on another occasion that someone would be coming the following day. No one came. I called the following week and ************ told me that he 5 lawn mowers to break down, and someone would come on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. No one came on none of these days. ************ is a horrible liar and use bad business practices. I called him back and he told me that he had five lawn Mowers to break down in one day and someone would be coming soon,because he had 7 lawn mowers that were working. Never came, I called him back and he told me that someone had stolen his trailer and the Lawnmowerand someone would come Saturday. That was untrue. I called Monday, May 29, and he told me that he would be coming with a push lawn mower, and that he would call me back. He never did. He is a chronic and sick liar. All, he had to do was send my money back,he refused and told me that he had cashed my check. He is a terrible business owner and a deplorable and horrible liar.This is the worst business and the owner is unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful, dishonest and a poor excuse for a business. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this business. I have hired someone else, and they are very professional and do excellent work. ************ had no right to take money for services not rendered. It is the same as stealing, pathetic and a huge mistake. I regret doing business with him.I didn't realize that he had such bad issues, lying, and have such serious issues with him and his business. His mental capacity makes it extremely difficult to resolve my complaint. Thank you.Business response

I, ***********************, Owner of Tru-Cut Lawn Care will happily refund **********************. I would never take my customers payment without services rendered. It would have to be an honest oversight on my part and I truly apologize for the inconvenience. Please let know how to proceed further. Thank you.
