1 starAll sales that this company made with its customers need to be reviewed!!!New HVAC units (inside and outside) should not costs as much as they are *********** an emergency situation when your old unit is not working, the replacement costs on their new units are outrageous. Its as though they know you are desperate to have your home cooled again. Almost $13K for a 2 ton unit is ridiculous!!!!!!!Review fromNathan H

1 starWell I'm very pleased I looked ****** Super Techs Up, and that they were unable to schedule me a quote for a exact time frame for a price quote. I was considering getting a quote for installing a whole home Generac generator from them. But when I received a call back from their business asking me what service I needed. The lady said she could not schedule me an estimated time so that I could be available at home, it would just be that they would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. I informed her earlier that Monday - Friday I work 8am - 5pm and the appointment would need to be after 5pm. She told me they don't do appointments by time. I pretty much understood they were not going to be very reliable for service calls at that point. As I can tell with all of these horrible reviews. 1 starThis company does NOT back up their installation work even when it's under warranty. We bought a new ** unit 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Around the *** our wood floor is buckling and showing signs of water. My husband crawled under the house and found two joints in the *** pipe leading from the ** are dripping due to not being sealed properly. There is a puddle under both leaks causing our subfloor to be saturated with water. We had Hansen's team come out and they missed the two active leaks completely. Then we had a manager, ***************************, come out and my husband crawled under the house with him. The Hansen manger actually asked, "Are the joints glued?". How would we know? Hansen did the installation. The leak is active because the pipe was wiped off and the joints STARTED DRIPPING AGAIN WITHIN SECONDS! That is a leak! My husband asked for help with the leaks and the Hansen manager would Not offer any help, advice or a resolution to the problem!! We were even willing to pay for anything that could help us save our floors. ****************** just left us with a wet subfloor and a PROBLEM HASENS INSTALLATION CAUSED. 1 starDishonest Company Attempting to Scam Customers On Friday, June 7, 2024, my AC stopped working, so I called this company, trusting their 4.8 ****** review rating. They charged me $50 upfront to come and diagnose the problem. However, the technician barely inspected the indoor and outdoor units before claiming that both needed to be replaced at a staggering cost of $13,500.I was almost duped into agreeing, but thankfully, my neighbor warned me that this company has a reputation for scamming people. I immediately sent the technician away and sought a second opinion. The new technician discovered that the outdoor unit was in excellent condition and the indoor unit only required a new motor. I had the motor replaced for just $700, and my AC has been running flawlessly since.This company is a complete scam, preying on unsuspecting customers with dishonest tactics. They are not just providing bad service; they are attempting to exploit people for huge sums of money. Their license should be revoked, and both the technician and his boss should face legal consequences. It's appalling that such unethical businesses exist. My AC went out yesterday am. I called Hansen Air Pro- $5200.00 to fix or $18,000 to replace. Than Atlas AC came over , fixed the transformer for $313.13 AND cleaned both units inside and outside_TOTAL COST!!! There is a special place for them other folks. Our techs are trained to provide a complete repair instead of fixing individual issues as they arise, which does mean the price may be higher than possibly expected. We were grossly overcharged & underserved.We are senior citizens whose central air system failed on August 13th.We called this company on ************* sent out a technician who proceeded to develop a quote for replacement of the system on his IPad device.He talked with his ********************************** said we would have to pay $287 for the service call unless we agreed to purchase the system & if so, they could install the very next day.The quote totaled $12,800.The exact system from ******* company can be purchased for less than $3,000 at HVAC DIRECT with free shipping..Temperature was 96 degrees so we fell for it.The next day their office called & said they had scheduling problems & would not be able to install until 2 days later.On Wednesday 3 people arrived 3 hours late & completed the install in 3 hours.The system ran for 25 hours & reduced the temperature by only 8 degrees.Over the next 12 days 8 different people came out replacing parts until finally sending the technical supervisor who discovered that ajumper on the main terminal strip should have been removed to alllow the central fan to run at proper speed.And he replaced the Exspansion valve for the second time.So we suffered fo 15 days in the heat.We have contacted these people repeatedly with NO response from anyone with authority.Hansen Super Techs

1 starThe owner of this business is very rude they installed a central air compressor in October it's not working 5 months later they said I must have did something wrong because I turned on the unit and they left a little sticky note that said don't turn it on until you contact us. which is not true. Their owner laughed at me and told me good luck in court because he doesn't have a valid address so it won't be easy to find him he Jim H***** won't honor warranty / contractReview fromCher B

1 starElectric dept starting with the receptionist very rude, nasty, petty, unprofessional to start. Called in to schedule a tech to come out to look at a burnt plug. $** diagnostic fee for them to come out. I had no problem with that. But I paid the fee for the service tech to tell me that the diagnosis was I had a burnt plug. The exact thing I called and told them I had an issue with. My daughter informed me that the service guy was very rude kept asking her over and over who is going to pay for this ? As if it was a problem paying. Therefore I decided not to go with them or proceed in any further electric service, bc I felt like I was being hustled already. I called bk to ask to speak to a manager to explain my bad experience. She was no help came on the line very defensive with all that my dear ****. Im sure the horrible receptionist had already given her her dishonest version of events. I've used them before for my AC and they were fine. But the electric dept I would NOT recommend to anyone and clearly stay away from.
