I was placed on their no service list for no reason at all, other then of course costing them money to keep having to make repairs to my lemon of a unit. I called to inquire as to why I had not heard anything from them for my maintenance and was then informed they no longer would service me and no one knew why. Put put insult to injury I have already paid them around $**** to sign up for the warranty program because I could see early this unit was a lemon and would cost money on repairs. All I want is to receive what I paid for and get better service as the service here is horrible down to the owner who was being condescending when we spoke and noted he did not have to give me a reason to no longer service me.
