In March 2022, I paid cash in full for a headstone, foot marker with 2 vases.The turnaround time was 2-3 months. I have followed up, by phone several times and there is ALWAYS an excuse of why the product has not been received. I'm told that the supplier is sick or someone else involved is. The owner stated, "we are doing the best we can". When I was placing the order, another customer on the phone was complaining that it had been 2 years and they still had not received their order. And she told them the same. I have stopped by several times and the owner has not been there for any update. The communication has been slim since the order was placed. It is November and I still do not have the order. I'm seeking a full refund, if the order is not FULLY INSTALLED by Wednesday Nov. 23rd.Business response

I have been in the monument business for 30 years. The supplier of my stones, like other businesses have run into the problem of obtaining materials and workers in a timely manner as of the last 2 years.
The contract with *************** stated 4 to 5 month delivery but did not receive during that time. In response to her letter I am paying several hundred dollars extra to get her stone delivered on Nov. 18th by a private carrier.
It is very frustrating to me to not be able to receive my orders in a timely manner for my customers. I have to depend on my suppliers and they have so much business since Covid they are unable to meet a delivery deadline also.
