I made purches through Fowlers Auction for tools and Items on a white pegboard in ********** *******. Upon arrival I paid in full. When I started to pickup my items I learned some items, specifically an antigue hatchet, a large flex funnel, a short handle ************************* a missing item on the shelf were not tgere as the pictures had shown throughout the auction. In addition they had swapped a good heavy duty extension cord with a flimsy orange cheap extension cord.When I asked about the items the people running the pickup said the owner had taken items they wanted. They offered no resolution.I would like my full purchased items just as shown in the pictures.This occured March 19, 2024.Business response

We are sorry for this situation. The seller did, indeed, remove items after we tagged the auction. The auctioneer, *******************, did speak with ************** the day of pick up. ************** paid by check. We have now resolved the issue with **************. The items can not be offered but a monetary offer has been made for the bid price of the lot which is $45.00. ************** is now satisfied. Fowlers Auction contacted me this morning and we agreed to settle the claim. Fowlers will be mailing me a check to reinburse me. I would like to withdraw this complaint pending receipt of check.
Fowlers was very professional and willing to resolve any issues I had.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Fowlers Auction contacted me this morning and we agreed to settle the claim.
