      I ordered a Christmas sweater on December 1st 2023 from this company, with a guaranteed "received before Xmas delivery date. Never received the order. Christmas came.... no order. I wrote to them to inquire about it and asked to cancel it. I got a response that employees had gotten covid and they couldn't fulfill all the orders fast enough. They asked if I'd prefer to wait for my original order, or exchange it for something else. I chose a valentines sweater and responded I'd like to exchange for it. Never got a response. I wrote again... and again... and again. No more responses, no order.

      I have two orders that I placed 11/24/23 Have conflicting emails in regards to shipping. When I try to track it says label created but appears to still be in Al! I cant get anyone to email me back their vm is full! These were for holiday

      On November 16th I submitted an exchange for Order #******. The item being returned was in transit on November 16th as well. The item was delivered to facility on November 25. The order was processed on November 28. I still have not received my order (it is now December 12), the new order got the exchange is still allowing unfulfilled. I surely would have expected this to enjoy during the Christmas holiday. I do not want this the day before Christmas, I wanted to wear it to several events that are coming and going. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of delay. I have exchanged several other items and they are completely done in less time than this is taking. When you saw the tracking for this you should have sent the item I was exchanging for. I am not happy with this purchase and will NEVER purchase from this company again. I just want a full refund of $117.72 for the item I have returned and you have possession of. I do not want an exchange anymore. Just refund me and we can be done here

      Ordered two items from the retailer. Received items (albeit delayed) and both items were incorrect. One was the incorrect design and one was the incorrect color. I reached out via the customer service channels listed on the retailer's website multiple times as well as their instagram and received no response. Unfortunately, I now have to go through the process of disputing the credit card charge. I was very excited about my purchase but the worst part is spending money with the business, receiving the wrong items, and not hearing back when this was the mistake of the business.

      On 11/25/22 I ordered two tshirts for my wife for Christmas. On 12/29/22 I emailed support asking for them to cancel my order and never got any communication back. On 1/5 I called and messaged their customer service and could not reach anyone. Today the package arrived. Still have not had anyone reach out to me. I want to return these items for a refund. I cant get ahold of anyone. Order #******

      I placed 2 orders on November 24,2022 and I have only received one of the orders. I have emailed them 5 times and called 3 times and sent a text message once. You cannot leave a message on the phone number listed on their website because its a recorded message and the mailbox is full so you cant leave a message. I havent had a single response to any emails or the text message sent. I want the 3 shirts that I ordered, all of which were Christmas gifts so Im out even more money to replace them.

      I ordered from this company back in November and did not receive my order as stated in a timely manner. (Not in time for Christmas) I spent around $600 for this order. I have reached out many times via email and phone with only one response asking why do I want to return.       Never received my order which was placed in November. I was guaranteed Christmas delivery. I cannot get a response from customer service. There website states all orders placed before Christmas were delivered but I have received nothing but they have billed me. I cannot reach anyone to get an update or my money back.

      I placed an order with this company on November 26. Their website clearly stated that I would receive shipping confirmation details and or processing within 2 weeks. As of today, I have heard nothing from them regarding my merchandise. I have sent several emails and left voicemail. I have had no response from this company, and at this point, I do not think this is a legitimate business. Please investigate.
