      I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! They are Very Unprofessional! I actually decided against using this company due to negative internet reviews. When the phone salesman, ***** called me back to reschedule, he was VERY RUDE! I told him that I was going to have to put this off for a while and he said, WELL, I am NOT giving you this price after this week and your unit is OVER 10 Years Old! I am trying to work with you and SO after I kindly apologized, ***** said BY!!! Then he rudely hung up! I'm SO glad this company NEVER stepped foot into my house. Sometimes intuition is EVERYTHING! I would do without before I EVER use Perfect Service Heating & Air. Nothing is anywhere near perfect about this company. You need a Serious Name Change! LOL!

      We have two properties, both Heating and Air units were installed by Perfect Service. (First property) We had a new heating and air system installed by Perfect Service in 2017 there were some issues that we discovered August 2019 with the installation of the air unit in the attic. After going through much aggravation with them Perfect Service honored the warranty and made the necessary adjustments. Since that time with that issue everything has been good. (Second Property) Installed 2018. On October 20, 2022, tech came out due to no heat ( description of work performed ) clogged **************** post, wires to the **************** burnt up, fixed wires unclogged posts system is running upon departure. Tech came out 02/17/23 for routine maintenance check (description of work performed) checked all components for proper operation found growth inside system and duct work called supervisor ********************* to come look at and try to fix the situation. System running upon departure. Per ***************** has growth and will be irreversibly damaged. Made it seem like it was a life and death situation and needed to be addressed asap. ***** could not explain why and how this happened from October to February and not stated on the (description of work performed) I was quoted an amount that I feel was way overpriced and agreed to have the cleaning and purification done for fear of illness if not done. **************, there was a part installed to start the process of cleaning the system, and will return and complete the job on Monday. Contacted *****, reason for not coming out is different techs perform certain duties. ***** said that he would do the job, he didn't ,that it would take 8 hours, only took less than 4, there were no before pictures, tech says he forgot, did get after pictures. I feel like ***** did a scare tactic and overcharged for the job. ****** from this (get other quotes) I am not a big fan of Perfect Service. I will say that the techs are always very courteous.

      Thank you for your continued business since 2016 at both of your properties. We apologize for any misunderstanding, lack of communication, or follow-through. ***** is a supervisor but does not do the duct cleanings himself, we have crews for that. However, he or the technician generally would install the air purification system at the time they were there if they had one on their truck. When ***** was discussing the duct cleaning process to you the terminology used should have been "up to 8 hours". Even the duct cleaning crew is unlikely to know how long the duct cleaning will take until they actually perform the work. The duct cleaners are supposed to take before and after pictures, just in case a customer asks to see before and after pics. We apologize that he forgot to take the before pics. Feel free to call us with any further issues.

      This company was quick to respond to our need and the technicians were very courteous and friendly. However, we were told that our unit was leaking Freon and needed replacing. Due to the cost involved, we called another company for a second estimate on replacement. As it turned out, our unit was not leaking Freon but had a fan issue, which was resolved immediately for a much far less expense than replacement of an entire unit. That was 2 months ago and we have had no issues whatsoever with our unit since the simple fan replacement by the second company we called. My advice is to always get a second estimate.

      The company sent a person out the same day of the leak in my ceiling. The technician made the repairs and gave me the name of their person who would come and repair the ceiling since the leak was a faux pas on their end. All persons I came in contact with were timely, polite, respectful and conscientious. I was impressed with the way they honored their warranty and didn't try to get me to pay for something that was not my mistake.

      Perfect Service was very prompt when we called and they did an excellent job of making repairs/changes to my ductwork and installing a new heat/air unit. The men they had doing to work were very courteous and efficient. All over an great job.
