I called this place because they say they can repair windows and website even states they replace rotted window ***** and rotted sashes. Window pros! Got a lady on the phone who took my info and asked me a few questions about what was wrong and said she would give the information to somebody who would call back. Never called. I called and finally got some man on the phone who asked me how old the house was and when I told him he said those windows are wore out. Never bothered to go look at the windows. Then I asked him about new windows. Told me we dont install junk. What the hell! Window Pros that claim to repair window!? Just gave the business the opportunity to make money but dont even bother looking at windows never went and looked at the windows. Never gave me an estimate on new windows never called back. One of the most unprofessional places I have delt with! Would not recommend this place at allReview from Lewis R

Window and Door Pros replaced 4 windows in my home. Their crew called ahead and arrived on time. The crew members were both polite and professional in their conduct, and the work was performed at a reasonable price. I plan to use their services again for a double door replacement project and do highly recommend them to others.
