            My original encounter with ******** at Ramey Vet was at the beginning of the year. I came here to file a complaint then. Last night I just happened to notice that the vet gave me an outdated rabies tag whenever the vaccinated Daisy. I called today and was going to see what I could do about it, or even if that mattered. I told the woman that answered the phone "I had a big problem with the vet's wife (********) the last time..." she cut me off and let me know that was her and asked "did you have something to say??" I told her I just needed to know why this happened and she continues to go on about how "you forgot to say how your behavior was that day when you wrote the BBB..." I never acted out of line towards her until she started being extremely rude and unprofessional to me. She told me she was going to take my dog back because I "couldn't pay" when that was never an actual issue to begin with! BUT the fact of the matter is, she is a professional. That's her place of work. She claims she is "the owner" of the business and that is truly astonishing that she is able to treat paying customers the way she has treated me. After she started berating me on the phone today, I hung up and so now I'm just left with no resolution. I can't even CALL and get through to someone to help me. I am beyond frustrated with this because I have always loved this vet and now I have to find somewhere else to take all of my rescues!
